Caroline has more than 20 years Financial Services experience where she has held Senior Leadership roles across a wide spectrum of business, including Compliance, Insight, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Marketing, Fraud and Operations. Caroline was a member the Executive Team at Dollar Financial UK Ltd before moving to the CEO role of the MYJAR Group where she undertook a corporate wide rightsizing programme. President of the Consumer Finance Association, Caroline led 6 years of successful engagement with politicians, regulators and stakeholders. An Industry expert and one of the original and ongoing Credit 100 most influential, Caroline was awarded Highly Commended Business Leader at the Credit Strategy Women In Credit Awards 2019.
Kevin is our CFO (Chief Finance Officer) and is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience as Financial Controller and Head of Finance in previous roles in construction and automotive firms.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2008, Kevin moved into the Civil Engineering Sector joining a private Equity backed Construction firm. After 3 years as the Group Financial Controller, he joined McLaren Automotive Ltd, holding a number of senior finance positions including Group Financial Controller and Head of Finance – Sales & Marketing. Kevin Joined the MYJAR Group in late 2017 as CFO, and along with the CEO set about rightsizing the business, which involved the liquidation of the group’s operations in Estonia and reviewing all overheads in the group. Kevin took on the additional responsibilities of HR in 2018, ensuring that the right culture and behaviours continue to be demonstrated in the organisation.
Tom Horne is our COO (Chief Operating Officer) with experience in setting up contact centres of up to 400 staff
Tom has over 12 years experience managing large contact centre operations, including developing teams across sales, customer service, collections, quality & training and back office admin. Tom's experience spans from setting up new contact centres of 400+ people, to on-shoring contact centres within financial services into the UK. Experienced in virtual teams, Tom has managed extensively multiple continents and homeworkers and delivers the right solutions wherever the team work from. Tom also has extensive experience in large-scale operational remediation projects and collection improvements projects that have significantly increased collection and recovery rates year on year and has managed large Contact Centre teams during FCA approval processes. Tom is passionate about successfully implementing efficiency improvement programmes for firms and has repeatedly delivering staff efficiency and reduced head counts.
Charlotte oversees client delivery in the Operation and has recently worked on large data migration project for our latest improved platform
Charlotte has 14 years’ experience working within Operations, with over 10 years working in Financial Services for highly regulated firms. Charlotte has worked on numerous projects including migration, small-scale and large-scale remediation programmes, outsourcing of work streams, FCA authorisation and S166 reviews along with many others. Charlotte has worked within large and small Contact Centres working within sales, customer services and collections. She has also worked with large offshore teams in India and Europe.
Ravinder is the Financial Controller at TieTa, always keeping a close eye on budget and spend
Ravinder, who holds an Honours degree in Accounting & Financial Management and is a Fellow of the ACCA, joined the TieTa Team as Financial Controller in March 2020. Ravinder has significant experience of managing, developing and growing finance teams within a variety of businesses and industry sectors, from PE backed SME’s to publicly listed organisations and has achieved success in driving KPI improvements through the provision of relevant financial information and insight to non-finance managers. Leading the Finance team, Ravinder is responsible for the delivery of finance services including Cash Management, Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Budgeting and Forecasting, in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies and strategies.
Operations Director at TieTa
Risto has more than 8 years of experience in Financial Services, where he has managed small and mid-sized operations teams across operational functions such as Customer Service, Vulnerable Customer Support,Collections & Recoveries, Quality Assurance and Complaints. Risto is passionate about providing first-class customer service and has extensive experience in setting up and restructuring teams to maximise productivity and quality of service. He has successfully lead operations teams through FCA approval and set up Vulnerable Customer Initiatives in a highly regulated financial sector. Risto loves to lead by example and inspire people to reach their full potential.
Jon is our Head of Customer Experience
Jon brings over 10 years’ experience managing performance in large-scale Contact Centres across Sales, Customer Service and Collections. Specialising in training, coaching and quality monitoring, Jon has a track record of successfully delivering effective, streamlined on-boarding and coaching platforms both face to face and remotely, across multiple sites. Having managed support teams at leading financial lenders, Jon has significant experience in building, maintaining and improving successful operational processes and procedures.

Kuldip has gained a wealth of technical and proven practical skills in exploring, designing, implementing solutions and delivering sound strategies to meet business requirements. With 20+ years of experience, Kuldip is driven by his curiosity and commitment to producing effective IT solutions and plays a role in driving the business towards operational success.
